Cathy, I have always been a somewhat regular exerciser. I've found that when I needed a push or a jump start back on board, it
worked to "put my money where my mouth was" so to speak. I found a 4-week boot camp in my area that after paying the money - with no refunds!! - it
was a do it or lose it proposition. It really was for all fitness levels and many are all women. Seriously, there were women there who had never done a push
up in their life to 3-4 time repeaters to everywhere in between. I loved it and hated it simultaneously.
I thought this was a little too far off the non-smoking mark to post for all to see. Let me know how it works out for you!
